Mosa Trajectum, Altaona Golf is an urbanisation just outside Murcia City, covering an area of 890 acres. First opened in 2004, the plan was to build 1500 luxury properties, of which only about 500 were built. New developers have now invested in the resort. New 18 holes golf course. There is already a golf shop, restaurants and a bar on site. The commercial centre will also be opening in 2022. The 300 year-old farmhouse "El Parador" is also expected to be brought back to its former glory. 

All the beautiful new homes come in different sizes of building and plots. Most of them have fantastic views and some are exclusive first-line golf properties. The majority of the properties on the development are south facing.

Location

Located in an idyllic spot, on the borders of a UNESCO-protected nature reserve of Murcia, close to Costa Calida and easily accessible from Costa Blanca. Just a 10 minute drive from Murcia City and Murcia International Airport. A vast number of lovely beaches can be reached in around 25 minutes, with many to choose from at the Mar Menor. Drive a little further along the coast, and you will find the white sandy beach from La Manga to Aguilas. 

For the golfers, there are more than 10 golf courses in a 25km radius from the resort and plenty of facilities for other activities too, such as tennis, padel tennis, rafting, water sports, cycling and much more! There are several local schools nearby and two international schools within a 15-minute drive. From local Spanish cuisine to 2-star Michelin chefs, you can reach it all in under 15 minutes.
